Job Details for Machine Maintenance Technician:

• Pay Rate: $30/hour
• Schedule: Night shift Friday - Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Weekly Pay Job Description for Machine Maintenance Technician:
  • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
    • Perform mechanical and electrical skills that include mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC's, and Ladder Logic.
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns on machines, tools, and equipment.
    • Perform root cause analysis, as needed, to increase serviceability and reliability of equipment to increase performance.
    • Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating problems, replace or repair parts, testing, and adjusting.
    • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
    • Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
    • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
    • Ensure successful testing of equipment to ensure proper operation after repairs. Job Requirements for Machine Maintenance Technician:
      • High School Diploma/GED Required. College or technical degree is encouraged but not required.
      • Appropriate certifications; from a vocational school or military or completion of apprenticeship.
      • 1-2 years' experience in a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
      • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
      • Basic testing meters/tools are required.
