PeopleShare is now hiring experienced Assemblers in Mooresville, NC for immediate openings.

Job Details for Assemblers:

• Position: Assembler
• Assembler schedule Options:
  • 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
  • 3rd shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
    • Pay Rate for Assemblers: $16-$17.50
      
      Key Responsibilities for Assemblers:
      • Assembly & Masking: Accurately apply plastic tape, vinyl tape, or rubber plugs to metal parts according to customer specifications, drawings, and work orders. Carefully de-mask products after processing.
      • Quality & Efficiency: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensure quality at every stage (masking, racking, de-masking), and transport parts between stations. Use materials efficiently and suggest improvements to reduce costs.
      • Collaboration & Safety: Follow verbal and written instructions, operate within quality system requirements, and communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and ensure a safe workplace. Requirements:
        • Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
        • Must have reliable transportation (location is not accessible by public transit)
        • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check before the interview
        • High school diploma or equivalent required
        • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and flexibility to work overtime if needed
