Seeking experienced Automated Manufacturing Production Lines service professional who can manage field service operations in a manner promoting customer satisfaction and profitability.

Activities:

*** Manage day to day transactions, staffing and tooling to promote maximum asset utilization.

*** Work with customers to identify and solve their challenges.

*** Create repair estimates, turn-times, and other customer commitments.

*** Oversee timely and accurate invoice processing, employee time posting and reviews, parts orders, service letter completions, quotes, and customer follow-up.

*** Schedule and dispatch technicians to ensure smooth and timely service.

*** Document and report activities.

*** Maintain shop, tools, and equipment.

*** Promote a clean and safe environment.

*** Make warranty and goodwill decisions.

Requirements:

*** Installation, maintenance and repair of machine tools experience.

*** 3+ years of supervisory track record.
