Position type: Contract
Job Role: Tableau Developer
Duration: 12 months (with high possibilities of extension)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Key Job Functions

Top 3 Skills:
Seasoned Analyst/Developer responsible for performing complex analysis, establishing a data taxonomy and reconciliation of logic across reports and processes. Utilizes a variety of technology including, but not limited to SQL, at an advance/intermediate level. Will work closely with peers to inventory data points, identify inconsistencies and develop remediation plans.

--- Responsible for documenting the inventory of data points and identifying inconsistentcies.
--- Maintain project plan that indicates risks, watch items, and reports progress.
--- Developing and enhancing reporting solutions to track and assess performance
--- Ability to develop, provide guidance and recommendations on process improvements (with tangible benefits) and best practices

Required Skills
--- Must have 3+ years of Tableau report development
--- Must have 3+ years of Alteryx development
--- Must have 3+ years of SQL coding/reporting
--- Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills
--- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others
--- Strong presentational skills and ability to communicate complex ideas and theories
--- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time to strict deadlines (i.e. can demonstrate effective time and workflow management skills)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60/HR - $65/HR.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
